GATE ENTRY
Cielo Vista Gate Policy and Request Form
For any issues with gate entry or replacement of remote or to request new gate cards, please contact Bryan Daniel: bwddynalectric@aol.com.
If having a large party and would like the gate to remain open for arriving guests, you may make a request no less than 3 days, and no more than 7 days, prior to the event so that the gate can be programmed to stay open. Any requests submitted greater than 7 days, or less than 3 days, cannot be processed. The gate can be programmed on a weekday between the hours of 8 AM - 4 PM.
We installed wings to the gates that cross the sidewalks on both sides. These gates are not locked and can opened and closed at all hours. Please use the gates when walking or biking in and out of the community. Please be sure to close the gates.
CURRENT ISSUES
CC&R VIOLATIONS: There have been observations of unapproved architectural projects, cars parking in the streets, too many vehicles parking at a residence, and people using the exit gate as an entry into the development. Please let us all keep our community safe and beautiful. And perhaps re-familiarize ourselves with the Association Rules and Enforcement of Rules.
DOGS BARKING: Please try to keep all dogs quiet at night in order to keep the peace with your neighbors. If you have a problem neighbor, please discuss this in person. If the problem continues, the board is unable to take action, so you would have to notify Hollister Animal Control.
MAILBOX BULLETIN BOARD: If you would like to post a notice behind the glass at the mailbox area, please email admin@cielovista.net and we can meet with you and unlock the box, or you can email your info and we can print and post it for you.
Please make sure to call the POLICE at 831-636-4080 if you see any suspicious behavior, loitering at the bus stop, or people causing problems in the neighborhood!
SEMI-ANNUAL GARAGE SALE
The Fall 2024 Cielo Vista Neighborhood Garage Sale is scheduled for Saturday, September 28th.
